A few people have asked me what camera I am using so I have added this tips page about that.

I have added a species observations page. My goal is to keep each section very short and focus it on the most surprising things that I have observed. If you want to learn about an animal there are plenty of resources on the web.

Although porcupines are solitary, during mating season (from September to December) it is possible to see a pair.
